Introduction of alfranjet® System in Power Stations, and Energy and Steam Generation industries. 2003 • ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certificate. First Refractory Company in Spain to obtain the Certification ISO 14001 in Environmental Management Systems. Cellulose, Lumber & Timber. Introduction of alfranjet® System in the Cellulose, Lumber and Timber Industry. 2004 • Grupo Aldomer, S.L. The holding company Grupo Aldomer, S.L. is created for the administration of the industrial companies of the Domínguez family. 2006 • Refractarios Alfran Mexico. Formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Mexico, with headquarters in Monterrey, Nuevo León. 2007 • Adquisition of Intec-Heat. Grupo Aldomer adquires Intec-Heat, a Company formed in 1986 and specialised in Heat Treatments. Passive Fireproofing Division. Alfran creates a new division with an experienced team in the manufacture and installation of Passive Fireproofing systems. 2008 • Alfran Maghreb. Formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Morroco, with headquarters in Casablanca.
